Description: Arizona’s largest seller of used books and music has been around for 30 years. Bookman’s has stores in Tucson and Flagstaff, but there are only two stores in the Valley. The selection is as complete as any of the book superstore chains—plus it has so many out-of-print titles. There’s a section devoted to new books, a large magazine section, and an area for used software. You can preview used CDs at a listening station. A few chairs and couches are available if you become so engrossed in something that you need to sit down. The personnel are willing to patiently sift through books and magazines you bring in for trade. Bookman’s awards cash and/or store credit for materials it’s willing to take off your hands.
