Description: This 265-acre lake is very popular with desert folks—and with good reason. In addition to the swimming and hiking, fishers can angle for trout in the winter and a variety of other game fish in the other months.Boaters can bring their own (only small boats are allowed), or you can rent a canoe, rowboat, or pedal boat for a fee plus a refundable deposit. Call the marina (also the retail store) at (520) 287-5545 for rates. There is an entry fee per vehicle for the park.
