Description: Chef Tim Adriola’s modern interpretation of Italian Mediterranean cuisine is well worth the trek to Sunny Isles. The bistro’s handsome dining room belies its location within a strip mall. Start with the foie gras crostini with caramelized oranges, then move on to the branzino with basil, asparagus, and lemon confit, and finish with a white chocolate soufflé served with a Grand Marnier sauce. The wood-fired pizzas are also a popular option and an ideal appetizer to share among a table. Reservations are recommended.
