City: Baltimore, MD
Category: Getting Here, Getting Around
Telephone: (410) 563-3901

Description: Pick a water service and the Water Taxi probably provides it. They run between 3 and 14 blue and white boats ranging in size from 26 to 84 passengers. You can do an inside route (Aquarium, Harbor Place, Science Center, Rusty Scupper, and Harbor East). You can do an Express Route (back and forth between Harbor East and Fell’s Point and at the Maritime Park during museum hours). Or, whatever floats your boat, so to speak. An all day unlimited ticket is $9 for adults (cash, check onboard, or charge at the Visitor Center) and $4 for children 10 and under. You can buy tickets online. You can buy a Frequent Floater Annual Pass that is $80 for 12 months or $75 each for two or more. In addition, the water taxi offers a “Letter of Marque,” which combines the all-day ticket with discounts at dozens of restaurants, pubs, shops, and attractions near the water taxi stops.
