The 30-acre property is a mixture of open meadow and low shrubs on the shore, and a trail takes you along the waterfront. Commonly spotted birds include gannets, red-throated loons, sea ducks, alcids, and terns. People also often see harbor seals. Open sunrise to sunset, year-round.
