Description: Former Lewiston cop Larry Brown and his wife, Marti Booth, are the gracious hosts of this fine old inn. The couple have painstakingly restored an 1878 white clapboard gem into a fine four-room B&B right on Linekin Bay in the quiet village of East Boothbay. They left the old floors but made sure each of their four rooms had a water view, private bath, fireplace, plush chairs, Wi-Fi and nice touches like stenciling and clawfoot tubs. Good muffins, too! One of the Boothbay area’s excellent preserves is within easy walking distance across the street, and your hosts can steer you toward all of the famed resorts sites.
