Description: Yet another 18-hole semiprivate club in the Kennebunks, Webhannet was built in 1901 and is a very busy place in summer. The club offers a public tee time only once every hour, so it’s definitely a good idea to call at least a day in advance. Nine holes were added to the original nine back in 1925, and now it’s a 6,049-yard, par 72 course with bent grass greens, bluegrass fairways, several water hazards, 31 sand bunkers, and a snack bar on the eighth tee. The fairways are pleasant and open, with woods at their edge. The facilities are well equipped, including a pro shop, practice greens and bunkers, and club and cart rental.
