Description: Micmac Farm was better known as a restaurant than as a place to stay, but that may change once people spend a night in one of the three guest cabins behind the farm. Set in a forest overlooking the Machias River, these camps are straightforward affairs, with board and batten siding, pine-paneled interiors, two double beds, and a kitchenette. Sliding glass doors allow you to step out onto the back deck to enjoy the views of the river, and there are paths through the grass down to the water. The accommodations are inexpensive, allowing you to set up here for a long time.
