Description: One of the oldest and best outfits on the kayak scene, H2Outfitters has its “galactic headquarters” on Orrs Island south of Brunswick (with satellite outposts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and North and South Carolina). H2O provides anything and everything you could want in the way of sea kayak instruction as well as multiday voyages along the coast. One of the more unique offerings is the Bed and Breakfast Trip, during which you stay at the some of the Acadia area’s most fun inns—and paddle a variety of coves, bays, and islands around the park over the course of three days.
