Description: From canoeing on the Crow River to boat and ice fishing on Lake Rebecca, this 2,200-acre park offers outdoor activities in settings that suggest you are much farther away from the metropolitan area than you actually are. Lake Rebecca Park Reserve’s gently rolling landscape, with numerous wetland areas, provides a haven for wildlife, including deer, beavers, and waterfowl. This reserve is also one of the sites for the trumpeter swan restoration program; you can often see the swans from the park’s trails. The park has trails for mountain biking, road biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, dog walking, and horse riding. Boats are available for rent from the park’s visitor center, and nonmotorized boat launching is permitted. Reservation picnic areas and group campsites are available. The park also features a fishing pier and swimming area.
