Description: With guestroom rates between $175 and $320 per night during the peak summer season, Stirling House offers some of the more affordable accommodations options in the North Fork region of Long Island. When you stay at Stirling House, you’ll find yourself within a two-minute walk of Greenport Village, where you’ll discover a historic waterfront village featuring unique shops, cafes, and galleries, in addition to several museums and historic sites. The B&B itself is a Victorian home built in the 1880s; however, the entire building has been completely renovated and modernized. The goal of innkeepers Frank King and Clay Sauer is to provide a comfortable and luxurious “home away from home” setting for each of their guests. The property has three guestrooms, each with a private bathroom. Stirling House opened as a B&B in 2000, but was further restored and renovated in 2006. In addition to the extremely comfortable rooms, guests are treated to a lavish three-course breakfast every morning. This B&B is not open to children or pets. Smoking is permitted on the outside patio.

Description: Located in the middle of Greenport—in the heart of the shopping and dining area, right on the water—is the Harborfront Inn. This is a small, full-service boutique hotel that offers 35 spacious and luxurious rooms, most with a stunning view of the water and a private terrace. Wi-Fi service is available throughout the hotel.Greenport is a lovely village on Long Island’s North Fork, and is surrounded by wineries and a few golf courses. It’s also conveniently located to several ferry services and is serviced by the Long Island Railroad, so getting there from New England or Manhattan is very easy.

Description: What sets this lovely upscale inn apart is its incredible waterfront location, and the fact that it offers its own restaurant, private beach, outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness center right on the property. All guestrooms look out onto the water and offer a stunning view. Located on the North Shore, this inn is conveniently located close to the popular wineries and vineyards in the area. The one-story Soundview Inn may be less luxurious than other inns and B&Bs in the area, but it’s also more affordable. Guestrooms are available with a variety of different bed configurations, and all have beachside decks, Wi-Fi Internet, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator.
