Description: A drive of 30 minutes west on US 26 will take you to the superb Quail Valley Golf Course, which is surprisingly difficult for a course that looks so flat. The difficulty is due to the abundance of water hazards and other environmentally sensitive areas that challenge players in all the right ways. This 6,603-yard course is a favorite for winter play, because it is very well drained.
