This Medicare-contracted nursing facility offers both ongoing nursing care and rehabilitative services. In addition to a special Alzheimer’s and dementia program, the 50-bed center provides teams of caregivers in order to give the most comprehensive care possible—their goal is always to get the patient back home and, once there, to enable him or her to live as independently as possible.
