Description: Sprawling across 6,885 acres adjacent to the National Military Park, Kings Mountain State Park offers two lakes with swimming, trails, fishing, boat rentals, a bridle trail and stable, miniature golf, and campgrounds. A mid-1800s upcountry farm features historical interpretations and demonstrations of pioneer life. Admission is $2 for adults, $1.25 seniors, free for ages 15 and younger.
