Description: Dick Termes has become internationally known for his six-point perspective spherical paintings, known as Termespheres. When you step across the threshold of his geodesic-dome gallery, you enter a magical room filled with so many colorful spheres and mobiles twirling from the ceiling that you’ll be browsing in awe for an hour. If you’re lucky, Termes himself may explain his complicated techniques for making these unique works of art. One-of-a-kind originals, reproductions, and limited editions are on display and for sale. In addition to spheres, you’ll see cubes, tetrahedrons, polyhedrons, icosahedrons, and dodecahedrons. Each gives you the sense of standing in the center of the environment that is the subject of each piece, yet—at the same time—you are viewing it from the outside. Call ahead for directions.
