Observation: Employee health reporting forms are not kept at establishment.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Daycare/school refrigerator running warm. Yogurt measured 50.6 degrees, milk measured 46.8. All temperature controlled for safety foods were discarded at inspection. Refrigerator may not be used for storage of temperature controlled for safety foods until it maintains product at 41 degrees or less. Staff adjust unit colder at inspection. It would be a good idea to routinely monitor and log temperature of this refrigerator.
