Observation:soiled coffee prep utensils in dipper well at room temp.This well is plumbed with a metered faucet. If the faucet provided running water, this would meet code requirements and flush food particles off of the utensils as they are placed into the well.

Observation: Sanitizer wiping clothes are not adequately covered in sanitizer. Damp cloth sitting in stainless steel cup. see note below

Observation:Ensure that no smoking signs are installed prior to opening. www.iowasmokefreeair.gov for information. Inspection report and License must be posted within the public's view. Post prior to opening on 9/4/14

- Handwashing signage
Observation:Ensure that proper signage is placed at all handwash sinks prior to bringing in food supplies or food contact surfaces.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:Some of the commercially installed thermometers in cold hold units are located at the back of the unit. Thermometers will need to be in the warmest part of the unit and easily accessible.
- Smoke free air act
Observation:Signage is needed for Iowa Smoke Free Air requirements. Please see www.iowasmokefreeair.gov
- Hand drying provided
Observation:paper towels not yet available at handwash sinks....for those that do not have the air blade, they must be properly supplied prior to bringing in food or food contact surfaces.

Observation:Hand soap is not yet available on site. must be available at each handwash sink prior to bringing food product or food contact surfaces in.

Observation:Drive up service window and front doors are not tight fitting. Day light is showing underneath both.
- Toilet tissue available
Observation:Toilet tissue needs to be installed prior to use.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation:Facility needs test strips prior to needing to beginning warewashing. Chemical company is scheduled to install equipment.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:Construction final clean up is to begin today with professional cleaning company at 3:00.
