Observation: The tops of equipment at the coffee and pop bars were dusty. The fan guards in the walk-in cooler were dusty.

Observation: In the kitchen, there were toxic items (soap, blue cleaner and medication) over RTE food items (cans and sauces). In the backroom, there was soap placed next to/above crackers and pop. - COS

Observation: The ice chutes and area surrounding the pop nozzles were soiled. The cappuccino nozzles were soiled.
