Observation: Repeat Violation: There were eggs and bacon stored above milk and deli meats at the self serve display door.

Observation: There were wet wiping rags laying around prep surfaces and at the handsink, they were not in sanitizer solution.

Observation: PHF items at the milk and deli display door were ranging 43 to 44 degrees

Observation: The floor/wall juncture in the restroom was peeling off the wall.

Observation: There was not a thermometer placed at the milk display door.
