    Observation: No handwashing sign posted in both restrooms. A sign or poster that notifies food employees must wash their hands when they return to work must be provided and clearly visiable in restooms used by food employees.

    Observation: One employe's bevarage has no lid on a cup. Employee beverage containers in the kitchen area are required to have lids and need to be stored in a manner that cannot contaminate prepared food, or food contact surfaces, with spillage or condensate drip. Corrected on site.

    Observation: License not displayed at consumer's visible eye level. Must be posted in area visible to the public.
  • Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
    Observation: Perso in charge PIC has no established procedure for employees in case of vomiting and diarrhea (V&D). Food establishment must have procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomiting and diarrheal events that involve the discharge of bodily fluids such as vomitus or fecal matter onto any surface within the food establishment to reduce food born disease transmission.

    Observation: None of employees is certified food protection manager in the kitchen store. Must have at least one certified food protection manager employee who has supervisory and management responsibility with authority to direct and control food preparation and service.

    Observation: Mop is being stored in mop bucket in the storage room. Must hang dry to prevent bacteria growth on wet mop. Use mop ruck to properly dry or drape on bucket. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Casey's corporation provide cups labeled "beef" and "cheese" for the pizzas without any handles. Both of the plastic cups were in the food product. To prevent contamination keep the cups without the handles out of the food product. CORRECTED ON SITE.

    Observation: In the back area where the ice machine is stored the ice scoop was laying on top of the ice machine. One was also in a large plastic bucket. May use the bucket to store the scoop as long as this bucket is washed, rinsed and sanitized. This ice machine has a built in ice scoop holder, suggest using the holder provided for the ice scoop. The manager took the scoop which was on the ice machine to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. The manager also stated in the future the ice scoop holder will be used. CORRECTED ON SITE.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: One spray bottle of bleach (chlorine) sanitizer in a spray bottle without any chlorine test strips available. If going to use chlorine as a sanitizer SHALL PROVIDE TEST STRIPS. THIS SANITIZER WAS DISCARDED DURING THIS INSPECTION. CORRECTED ON SITE.
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
    Observation: Wet cloth not stored in sanitizer. ALL wiping cloths to be used for food contact surfaces shall always be stored in sanitizer. This cloth was placed in the dirty clothes. CORRECTED ON SITE.
  • Sanitizers
    Observation: Both of the sanitizer Quat and chlorine (bleach) were over the appropriate concentration. The quat was poured out and prepared to maintain at 200 ppm. The chlorine sanitizer and the spray bottle were discarded during this inspection. If using chlorine sanitizer SHALL maintain at 50-100 ppm. CORRECTED ON SITE.
