Thin probe tip sensitive digital thermometer is required - Second Notice, Repeat Violation.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observed raw shell eggs stored above milk in reach-in cooler - moved to bottom shelf for correction.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
No sanitizer test strips could be located at the time of inspection.

Observed soiled ice maker in back room. Additionally, some soiled areas are visible where the ice discharged into the storage bin on the Pepsi fountain machine - front panel of ice maker was not removed for inspection but indications are present that it needs a through cleaning.

Observed frost and ice buildup on and above food stored in the small ice house walk-in freezer. This type of frost and ice is not safe for human consumption and food needs to be protected from cross-contamination.
