Observation: Cooked chicken found in pan on grill but the grill was not on. Temp 87-103F - shall be 135F or above. Food was discarded.

Observation: Drain under handsink in wok area is not draining - appears to be clogged. Plumber has been contacted and will come in tomorrow.
