Observation: There were cleaned utensils stored in a open container directly behind the hand sink. Corrected on site by moving utensils to a different area.

Observation: There were raw meats stored above cheeses in the reach in refrigerator. Corrected on site by moving raw meats to a lower shelf.

Observation: There was a package of venison sticks marked "not for sale" in the little refrigerator. There was multiple jars of apparent home canned goods in the reach in refrigerator. Corrected on site by disposing of items.

Thin probe tip sensitive digital thermometer is required for kitchen use.

Chlorine tested nearly zero ppm at the mechanical dishwasher - new container of chlorine was placed and unit now appears to be working properly.
