    The following observations were made with regards to finished product labels for Salted Caramel Brownies: 1) The label's declaration of contents did not include the metric equivalent of the declared U.S. Customary value. 2) The label's declaration of contents was not prefaced with the statement "Net Weight". 3) Cream cheese is an ingredient in the brownie formulation. The cream cheese is a commercially manufactured ingredient, which contains sub-ingredients. The sub-ingredients for cream cheese were not declared within the ingredients statement on the finished product label. A finished product label for Green Velvet Mint Brownies was also provided during the inspection. The following observations were made with regards to this label: 1) Label does not include a declaration of contents statement. 2) Liquid green food coloring is used in the product formulation and contains FD&C Yellow #5 & Blue #1. The finished product label only declares the food coloring as "green food color" and does not provide a listing of all sub-ingredients contained in the food coloring. In addition, the FD&C certified colors are not declared on the finished product label. All issues identified above were corrected on site and corrected copies of finished product labels were provided.

    Toilet facilities lack self-closing doors. Specifically, the employee restroom which opens directly into a storage area does not have a self-closing door.
  • Signs
    Lack of posted, readily understandable signs directing employees to wash and sanitize hands as appropriate. Specifically, hand washing stations are not supplied with hand washing signs.
