    Observation: bare hands were placed on clean cutting board before putting on gloves
  • Raw fruits and vegetables washed before cutting, combining with other ingredients, cooked, served, or offered for human consumption in a ready to eat form
    Observation:cauliflower was cut right out of the packaging without washing first.
  • Storage of clean equipment and utensils
    Observation: tray of clean utensils in dishwashing area was all going different directions. There should be more organization so food contact part is not touched when moving
  • Food temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1°C or ±2°F in the intended range of use
    Observation: external thermometer was inaccurate (showed 81deg) on freezer by the dock. Internal therm was working-cover the one which isn't working so there is no confusion.
