Plumbing system maintained in good repair Observation:The hot water handle at two-compartment sink was shut off - drips when in use - the water has to be turned on at the valve under the sink. Kitchen handsink has a slow drain. Observed container of water under water line to dishwashing machine - owner said there is a slow leak there.
Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment Observation:There is no certified food protection manager employed - kitchen manager said she has taken a ServSafe course but is not certain if the certificate is still valid.

Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment Observation:Observed kitchen reach-in cooler is blowing hot air, needs new coil according to owner. Observed large ice buildup inside kitchen freezer, and another kitchen reach-in cooler has a bent fan blade and moisture is collecting on the doors. Ice machine is not in operation - filters are clogged and the bin has sediments that have collected in the bottom.
Plumbing system maintained in good repair Observation:The drain hoses are not yet connected to the bar ice bins and the fountain pop ice bin in the kitchen. The hot water faucet handle at the two-compartment sink is not in good working condition - hot water does not turn on.
Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings Observation:Observed missing floor tiles in beer keg walk-in cooler and the entrance to the cooler in the storeroom, and inside the kitchen walk-in cooler.
