Observation: cabinet handles soiled and exterior refrigeration unit across from wok had residue build-up.

Observation: Can used as a scoop. Person in charge discarded can.

Observation: Dented cans stored at dry storage. Person in charge removed cans to be returned to distributor.

Observation: Raw shell eggs stored above vegetables in reach-in cooler across from Wok. Person in charge rearranged shelf storage.

Observation: Food employee used sponge to clean food trays. Person in charge discarded sponge and replaced it with approved material.
