    Observation:Observed glue fly strip hanging near prep table, discarded, corrected on site.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation:Cooked meats were not labeled with date of preparation. Corrected on site.

    Observation:The most recent inspection report is not posted on the wall visible to the public.

    Observation:Observed meat slicer had dried meat particles visible - slicer was dismantled for cleaning, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed raw ground beef and shell eggs stored with and above foods in kitchen refrigerator - corrected on site.

    Observation:Wood trim at kitchen pass-thru window and around the bar floor are not sealed/painted to make smooth/nonporous/easily cleanable.
  • A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
    Observation:There is no digital, thin-tipped food thermometer.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation:There are no test papers to monitor sanitizer concentration - chlorine shall test at 50-100 ppm and quaternary ammonium at 200-400 ppm.
