    Observation:Floor in the walk-in beverage cooler still unfinished. This has been out of compliance since to store was constructed.

    Observation:All cutting boards in the deli have black growing in the grooves.

    Observation:raw ground beef stored over whole muscle beef in the cooler.

    Observation:Raw meat walk-in cooler and the beverage walk-in cooler, both are very soiled.
