Observation:Hand contact surfaces with build up, i.e. handles to coolers, doors to walk in coolers, door to microwave and handles. Tops of equipment with debris, bottoms of coolers with food debris, gaskets on doors of coolers with food debris. Burger grill controls and components with buildup.
