Observation: Steaks above ready to eat food in kitchen walk-in-cooler. Ground chicken stored above pork loin in front meat reach-in unit. Turkey patties above bacon in meat case. Mussels stored above ready to eat cocktail sauce. Person in charge instructed employees to rearrange meat storage.
