    Observation: Cutting board at the meat department was scored with marks. Person in charge voluntarily discarded cutting board. Cutting board at the Chinese Department had black residue build-up.

    Observation: Raw chicken grillers stored above ground meat patties in meat display case. Observed ground turkey patties stored above ground beef patties in the open reach-in refrigeration. Person in charge instructed employees to rearranged shelf.

    Observation: Chicken noodle stored covered in main kitchen walk-in-cooler at a temperature between 92-100*F. Person in charge removed lid to store uncovered.

    Observation: Raw chicken stored above sauces in the walk-in-cooler located at the Chinese department. Raw meat products stored above cooked sausage in the reach-in meat refrigeration. Person in charge instructed employee to rearranged shelving units.

    Observation: Ice machine used for display had residue build up on the interior of machine. Knife stored had food residue on the clean rack at main kitchen.

    Observation: Establishment has a variance in reference to sushi rice. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan was not available during time of inspection. Person in charge stated that they have access to it online.

    Observation: Refrigeration door located at the pizza prep station, had residue build-up underneath the handle of the undercounter door. Person in charge discussed with employee to clean/sanitized under handle.
