Observation: There is raw plywood used for some of the walls and raw wood cupboards. These surfaces need to be non-porous and easily cleanable.

Observation: Mutiple chest freezers with electrical tape wrapped around the lid to keep the insulation in. Owner is talking about getting walk in freezer. Will follow up in six months to see where he is in his process with obtaining a walk in freezer.

Observation: Mutiple food items not dated in the refrigerator. All items discarded

Observation: Very heavily soiled racks behind the bar where the bottles of beer and cans of soda sit on.

Observed three chest freezers where the underneath side of the lid has exposed fiberglass insulation that must be repaired or replaced to prevent food contamination.

Routinely clean the upper and underneath sides of the cutting board on prep table. Cleaned during inspection.
