Food processor is taped together creating surfaces that are not smooth and easily cleanable. Scoop without handles were observed laying in containers of flour and sugar in contact with the food product.
- When to wash
Observed food handler wearing gloves to spread raw meat into a pan then removed the gloves and without first washing their hands opened the oven to put the pan a raw meat into the oven, potentially contaminating the oven handle.
- Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
Food handlers are processing meat on a slicer in the backroom dry goods storage area where there is not a handsink for food handlers to use. Bathroom handsink cannot be used as the handsink. Handsink must be installed in a location approved by this Department and carpeting removed in this area or use the slicer in the kitchen area.
