Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical Did not find any sanitizer as QA, Iodine, or Chlorine bleach. Only found Clorox clean-up bleach. Shall obtain sanitizer to clean food contact surfaces. Utensils and food contact surfaces shall be sanitized before use and after cleaning.
Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration Did not find sanitizer test strips to measure concentration of sanitizer. Clorox clean-up bleach is not a recommended sanitizer and does not have test strips.
