    Observation: Scoop handle in contact with product in the back storage ingredient containers.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: No hand washing signs at hand sink in kitchen and front service counter. Establishment posted hand washing signs at hand sinks.
  • Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of materials that are: durable, corrosion-resistant, non absorbent
    can withstand repeated warewashing
  • Backflow protection
    air gap, device standard, when required
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation: Yogurt in dispensing machines did not have a correct date mark of preparation or expiration. Person in charge date marked all product and discarded product with no known date of preparation. Photos of date marking posted signs on equipment taken.
  • Handwashing aides and devices, use restrictions
    Observation: Dish soap stored in hand sink in kitchen. Person in charge removed soap to be stored below and away from hand sink.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: Hand sink is not properly placed and aligned in the counter top.
