Observation: Observed coffee pots not being washed, rinsed and sanitized in between customer use.

Observation: Observed raw chicken stored on top of ready to eat sausage. Chicken was moved. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Observed bleach sanitizer in dish machine and quat sanitizer in buckets below required concentrations. Both sanitizers were re-adjusted during inspection Corrected.

Observation: Observed hand sink being used to wash syrup bottles. Employees were instructed that hand sink are only for washing hands during time of inspection. Corrected.
