Observation: A general cleaning of hard to reach areas of the kitchen floors and lower walls are needed, especially under and behind equipment. A thorough cleaning of refrigeration door handles and the spray nozzle at the ware-wash station is needed.

Observation: Observed soiled cardboard slips placed on storage racks above food prep areas. Ensure that any storage above food prep areas is maintained in good condition, clean, and free of any spillage that could accidentally fall onto food or food contact surfaces.
