    Observation: Disposable ramekins used as scoops for Red Pepper Flakes and Parmesan cheese. Scoop handles for Mozzarella cheese in contact with food.

    Observation: Door and door handles reach-in for storing chicken Hand cart in kitchen is soiled., and reach-in for storing pizza are soiled.

    Observation: Prep sink, dish washing sink, and hand washing sink in prep area leak from drainage pipes.

    Observation: Personal hats stored on dry storage shelf and clean dish storage shelf.

    Observation: Lettuce at 62 degrees and 1000 Island Dressing at 47 degrees on salad bar. Corrected on sight by throwing out product and turning the temperature down on the salad bar.

    Pepperoni on ake table holding at 45*. Several items on salad bar holding at 45*. --Observed pan of chicken leftover from lunch holding at 128* in warming cabinet. Chicken was voluntarily disposed of. Corrected at time of inspection.
