Ice chutes on both pop machines have some growth built up around them. The pizza prep cooler need a thorough cleaning. Remove plastic protective film to better facilitate thorough cleaning. Some of the frig door seals need to be cleaned. The potato wedger needs to be cleaned between uses. Potato debris build up noted. Blade on can opener is grooved and had curly shavings on it. Replace blade, clean base of opener and clean the can opener (opener was cleaned at the time of visit.)
