Observation: Not able to measure any concentration from sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Facility has bleach sanitizer available to use until dispenser is repaired. Sanitizer dispenser was repaired during inspection.
- Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
Observation: Vent hoods along cook line are heavily soiled with dust and debris. Clean.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation: Gaskets are torn on front service reach in coolers and walk in cooler in kitchen area. Must repair/replace.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation:1) Sealant is peeling/missing on shelving at front service counter. Must repair or replace to allow for smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent surfaces.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: Surfaces on and underneath equipment on cook line are heavily soiled with food debris. Clean.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Several cheeses and deli meats in sandwich prep cooler were not date marked. Must date mark all potentially hazardous food items with date of opening/prep unless used within 24 hour period and discard after 7 days.
- Cutting surfaces maintained
Observation: All cutting boards found in facility are deeply scored and stained. Resurface or replace.
- Backflow protection

- Hand drying provided
Observation: No hand drying provided at handwashing sink near 3 compartment sink. Dispenser was empty at time of inspection. Roll of paper towels was used in place of dispenser.
