    Observation: scoop without a handle was stored in cake flour. Scoop was removed at time of inspection.

  • Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
    Observation:Worker was touching cooked meat with bare hands. Meat was voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Worker did put gloves on to work with the rest of the meat.

    Observation:Light not shielded in walk-in cooler.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation:No test strips were available to test sanitizer concentration at bar three compartment sink.Owner will purchase test strips.

    Observation:No paper towels were found next to hand wash sink in bar area. Paper towels were found and added at time of inspection.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation:deli meats and cheese not marked with date of first use. Products were marked at time of inspection.
