    Observation: Hand sink near dish machine has no hot water. Maintain looking into while inspection going on.

    Observation: Clean back wall of fryer area and sides of equipment.

    Observation: Booster heater needs to be on when washing dishes in diahmachine. Inspector turned on booster heater but it is not hot enough to sanitize - sue three compartment sink until it can be repaired

    Observation: Hot water is needed at front handsink. inspector turned on hot water
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Both handsinks in kitchen need additional cleaning. The hot water on the front handsink shall remain running for at least 20 seconds.
