    Observation: burger held on top of maketable at 106*F -- corrected by discarding

    Observed cooler below conveyor oven holding at 60*. Establishment is currently not using cooler and must not be used for any PHF until it can maintain 41* or below at all times.

    Observed splash protection not available at both main line handsinks.

had the philly cheesesteak sliders because I wanted a not spicy sandwich came with very hot peppers or some kind of very spicy seasoning and for me it was not edible
if you like spicy stuff, go for it
The other thing that bothered me is the waitress. She seemed to be a bit older than the others and she argued with me about what was in the sandwich. She took the sandwich off my bill easily but I didnt like being argued with especially while she was walking away, trying to make her point and get away so i couldnt respond.
Nice atmosphere but salad bar was just mediocre.
