Observation:Hot water continues not to be present at both employee restrooms in the back of the store. Also checked the front restrooms today, no hot water present there either. Hot water was at the produce sink and handsink. Staff lounge sink had hot water next to the employee's restrooms.

Observation: Missing thermometers in the refrig and freezer in the demo area.

Observation: Demo staff handling raw chicken then cooking and serving out product. Using gloves but not washing hands in between handling the raw to RTE.
