    Observation: the final rinse/sanitize measure gauge (the one on the back next to the pressure gauge) is still not working. This should show 180deg when the booster kicks in during the final rinse cycle. The dishmachine is getting hot enough today but needs this visual check repaired.

    Observation: temperature measuring device on dishmachine has been replaced since the last inspection but is still not showing the final rinse cycle temperature (water 180deg minimum)so the test strips should be used to ensure unit has reached proper temperature before running dishes through.

    Observation: milk cooler was 45.2 deg today using my digital stem thermometer. Unit therm showed 45deg. Unit may need adjusted or repaired.
  • Mechanical warewashing equipment, hot water sanitizing temperatures
    Observation: mechanical dish machine was not starting the sanitize cycle like it should. Booster was not kicking on and machine did not enter sanitize cycle at all during my visit today.

    Observation: none of the temperature or pressure measuring gauges on the automatic dishwasher were working at time of inspection. Staff check final rise with Tsticks but this doesn't address wash water temp or pressure requirements.
