Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above Stand up cooler temperature running between 46-52 degrees F. All PHF was voluntarily discarded. Suggest to not use and have maintanece look at the unit. At end of inspection the unit went back down to 42 degrees F. May have been in a defrost cycle that ran high. Please keep an eye on it and contact me if it is still having issues.
