- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation:A thin tip thermometer is needed for foods that are thinner in nature.

Observation:Protege Quat. Strength of sanitizer is not showing proper strength...uncertain if staff has correct test strips, mine are showing >500ppm.

Observation:Staff not certain where test strips are at time of visit. All staff needs to have available test strips to ensure proper strength of sanitizer. Sanitizer shall be changed at least once every four hours.
