    Observation: The facility does not have a thin probe thermometer.
  • When to wash
    Observation: Employees were not washing hands prior to placing gloves on. I provided education to the employees who placed the gloves on.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
    Observation: The facility does not have a certified manager on site.
  • Food employees hair is effectively restrained
    Observation: Prep cooks were not restraining their hair.
  • Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
    Observation: The facility does not have a diarrhea vomit clean up plan. I provided them with a noro clean up document and the person in charge stated she would copy it and place it into protocols
  • Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
    Observation: Employees were handling bread with their bare hands. They placed gloves on after I provided education to them discussing why it is important to handle ready to eat foods with gloves.
