Observation: Visible debris on meat tenderizer and slicer. Build-up on the inside of the ice machine. Visible build up inside the nozzles of the soda machine in the dinning room.

Observation: Soap missing from hand sink in the kitchen and in the bar. Staff supplied hand soap.

Observation: No smoking signage missing from entrances. Ash tray located in the back room of the facility.

Observation: Dish machine in the bar not supplying sanitizer to the unit. Service has been called by management.

Observation: Visible debris on the pizza oven and toaster oven.

Observation: No certified food protection manager on staff in management position.
- Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1.5°C or ±3°F and are designed to be easily readable
Observation: 2 door beverage unit in the bar missing a thermometer. Staff placed a thermometer in this unit.

Observation: Bowls used for scoops in dry goods in the back room are stored in the food.

Observation: Paper towels missing from the hand sinks in the bar. Staff supplied paper towels.

Observation: Pickled asparugus used for Bloody Mary's supplied by regular that prepares it in the home. Container thrown away.
- Air drying of equipment and utensils
Observation: Half pans and flat pans and red glasses near the beverage service stored before completely air dried. Staff rewashed the pans and unstacked the glasses to completely dry.
